(1) If a detainee or a prisoner files a petition, reply, appeal, petition, petition, etc., to be filed in a court or court in relation to a case matter, in the office of the prison where he is detained or imprisoned, that office shall, within the time limit, If so, he should be stamped and if the applicable Nepalese law imposes a charge, he should also take the charge and give a copy of it, write the date of filing the paper charge and send it to the station or court within three days with the invoice to the station or court.

(2) ) According to sub-section (1) the documents sent from the prison office should be accepted by the relevant station or the court according to the prevailing Nepalese laws.
